More drama at work

departing co-worker walked out not to return as of the end of the day Thursday. Going to be more interesting than ever to get all the paperwork out the door by March 10. It will get done, but it will be interesting.

Since I wrote on Wednesday morning, I have done some research on which hotel to stay in in Atlantic City. I will go online this weekend to see if there are any cottages open - at the beach we went to for all my life - for my June vacation week. I need to get some "Save the Date" emails out about the April EDA Forum. Also it is counting money at church Sunday this Sunday. And of course there will be work.

Buzzer beater for my alma mater last night, but we were the beaten. Other news, I was sad about William F. Buckley - not politically a favorite, but he is another of those people who is not replaceable in today's culture. I also watched part of a PBS special on Pete Seeger - it brought back all that was going on in my late high school, early college years.

Barack seems to be moving along. I am keeping my fingers crossed for Texas and Ohio.

Almost forgot - Happy Leap Day Friday! I guess God knew we needed all the days we could get to get our work done. But that did not keep my boss and another co-worker from going to see "the boss" in Hartford.
