Back to work Wednesday

Had an interesting day yesterday. I took it easy in the morning, but then I walked from my house to my work - 1 hour, 40 minutes. I was contemplating walking to work one day a week once Spring gets here. We will see. It was really not a bad walk and I got a chance to see what I was going to be up against as I did a quick review of my desk inbox. Not too bad.

One issue of the next 8 work days is that Spring break for the kids means no dining hall. I am lost as to how to eat on my own accord. I bought some yogurt and some bananas and will see how far that goes. But the good news is everyday is jeans day so I don't have to put any thought into what I am wearing to work - not that it is a big thought area any day, but really no thought this week and next.

I received a text message last night from my son. Would I please text message him my address...my imagination went wild of course, but I did not call him or ask any questions. I hope I will hear soon. He is without an address right now but I still had to let my mind wander the worry road for a few minutes. Not a good night's sleep last night, but I think it was a combination of over exercised, the text message and going back to work today.

Going out to dinner tonight with my neighbor. Trying to get back to my old habits now that the work crunch is over. But that activity set may need some adjustment too.

Did my bracket last night. Brackets, Obama's speech, economic news, war anniversary - lots to think about last night and forward.

Better get my head around what I am going to have for breakfast.
