Day got away from me

with out any exercise, but it felt like a good day yesterday. Lots done at work, good dinner, movie was interesting - not as light hearted as the first two in the series but good ending - and I dodged the rain as much as possible.

"A bit of a snag" per the computer conversion guy. I have done what I have done, so I am ready - just need him to stay on the training schedule for next week. He and the computer guy can slosh through the weekend as long as they don't get past Monday without training starting...

Niece is checking into work this morning, go to the "Summer Lunch at the Head's House" and then I will take her home after that.

Small world deal last night - Producer of the "Gaslight" movie I saw was the father of a resident of the neighborhood where I used to sell real estate...I had known he was Hollywood connected, but it was interesting to see the name on the screen.

Think I will get going to see if I can slip into work while there is a break in the rain. They are projecting 3 inches in one day today...

Cosmic guidance for today - for me pretty much a good way to approach every day...

"You can do subtle if it is called for but today's cosmic picture suggests that the people you will be dealing with are so dim-witted that you will have to spell everything out for them in plain and simple language. But remember: "plain and simple does not mean rude."
