Thursday - beer and pizza night

Meeting my neighbor tonight to go to Little City for pizza. Met her on the front sidewalk last night as I went to my meeting at Town Hall last night so all is set. I will have time to walk before she picks me up at school.

Yesterday was subdued. Boss was back so co-workers stayed behind closed doors to avoid her. I am thinking she might be thinking twice about taking the next two days as "comp" days...she had "a few" things waiting for her when she came in yesterday. I am damned if she does and if she doesn't - I know it is important for her to be in the office but it kills me when she is. Oh well.

Co-worker was released from the hospital. Her neighbor picked her up and delivered her home. No reason for the episode, no medicine or different activity prescribed to her. I am going to see how she feels about a walk now and then just to keep the blood flowing.

Town Hall meeting went well. I will get a big $200 a month for my "work". But I think it will be a good place for me to mix and mingle. I will cross the bridge when I get there as to whether I am commuting to work in the future more than I am now.

My co-worker, soccer coach asked if I would want to come for dinner some night with her and her folks. Her father is a former NHL player so you KNOW what my answer is to that question. Her parents are my age and great people! Can't wait. I told my co-worker she really does not need to be at the dinner...
