Monday

Sunday was a blah! And a very cold one at that. Did get church and my walk in, but other than that watching football was pretty much it. Vikings Win! That is all that counts.

Today was the transition day. The first day I really felt unemployed. But it picked up as soon as the sun came out and no hope lost as of today.

Going to a meeting tonight - responsible growth people. I am interested in what they are up to. But first some volunteer work.

Had to get up early today to get checked out by a nurse for an investment deal that involves an annuity so once again I had to explain my no doctor approach to life, but I was very happy with my BP 96/64 or something like that. The nurse took it twice since it was so low. This is as close as I have come to having a physical in years.

Tomorrow, I am hoping to get some of my new book read, walk, then niece's game.

It really is cold. But the sun is out and we are gaining light everyday! I love the fact that we are past 12/21 and moving into longer days.
