I think Monday was a good jolt. I got to all my meetings and games at the right time and at the right place. Friday I went to a great computer class and above and beyond the content it was good on lots of levels. I had to revisit the thought again about how lucky I am to be at a point in my life where I am able to surround myself with people and things that energize me and have the true belief that this path will lead me to where I need to be.
I went to Gee's Bend - The Play at Hartford Stage in the midst of a cold and snowy day and night. It was worth the trip.
February will be starting tomorrow. My "calendar" of having direction by March gains more momentum and my hope will be - more energy.
Political meetings are gearing up, referendum a week from Wednesday so ROV work ramping up, EDA work mounting, volunteer job plans for Spring work in the works - and my bank balance is still in good shape. No complaints to date.
My only sadness is not getting closer to the top of the candidate list for a job I applied for - I will let it sit for a bit, but then I want to look into the "why" behind that as a learning experience event. I was taken with "the boss'" intelligence, energy and perception - so I would like to examine a bit closer what he saw as my weak links for what he hoped to accomplish in his office.
Have a great Sunday and week ahead. Happy February! Days are getting longer. More sun!
