Almost pool time

Wrong picture but you get the idea. I am off to the pool in a bit.

Yesterday was a sun up to sundown day - that is the good news for me. At regular work by 6 a.m., VSW by noon, Parents at 4:30 p.m., more VSW work at home and then to bed to finish my latest Kellerman and pave the way to concentrate on the "quick read" (have to have it back to the library in 7 days) by Anita Shreve - "Rescue". I think I liked a book of hers that I think we read in book club? Obviously not positive on any of it, but I will find out tonight whether it gets me or not. I picked up another Kellerman just in case it does not work.

Today up early to start my new book, but then thought I better check email since VSW boss is going away for a week and I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed to get done what I need to get done before he gets back. As of 8 a.m. (and after a trip to town hall and regular work to work out some technical issues...) I had what I needed. Then off to Post Office to get some mail out from regular work. Then walk to drop off Kellerman book I finished, cash a check at the bank, pick up a bagel, walk home. Then off to OSJL's for the Java Coffee sale. You cannot beat it, but obviously I am not a coffee snob - to say the least. Then off to the grocery store - gingerale sale - my drink of choice and 12 pack for $2.20? Can't beat that. Also blueberries on sale. I had my list for things to do today and I am all done except pool and church. Those are next. And - of course - it is Saturday, so TMZ.

Tomorrow - VSW, reading, graduation party for my niece, and Q&A. That should do it for Sunday.

Not much of a plan for this week. Hope for one rainy evening so I won't mind going to VSW campus to finish up a project.
