I rolled the dice and dropped off my Quick Read pre-swim and then swung back by post-swim and picked it back up. The library ladies would not bend the rules on my pre-swim stop, so I went with Plan B. Lots of planning for a small thing, but I really wanted to finish the book.
Another plan that did not go so well - I started boiling eggs to get my boiled egg stock for the week but got distracted by my VSW and The Bachelorette AND when I walked into the kitchen, I was wondering who was barbecuing outside...but it was me "barbecuing" my boiled eggs. All the water was gone, so my eggs were becoming one with my one pan. What a mess. Oh well. It kills me that I wasted those eggs. "Can't even boil water" is all about me.
But the rest of the day was fine. Made a big dent in my VSW projects. Payroll got done at regular work. Swim, walk, Bachelorette. I want to get my VSW current projects done so I can dive back into Rescue. And I am thinking that I might want to go to the beach on Friday - I am craving a lobster roll, french fries, cole slaw, bud light... That might keep me motivated to get things done tonight at VSW.
HHH Day - hot, hazy and humid. Not bad that it has not happened before July 12.
