Friday - errand day

"You may wish that someone would be more careful about the company they keep but you must not be too forceful about it. If you insist they steer clear they will, most likely, do the opposite just to spite you."

Today I am taking father to a doctor's appt.  Brother usually does these trips but he is on vacation until tomorrow.  Everyone knows that I do not support taking a 93 yr old (or anyone for that matter) to doctors' appts.  Based on my cosmic guidance I will try to keep my thoughts to myself.

I am starting to fortify myself for the next few days.  I am glad my son is not coming to town until Sunday so I can stay clear of family planning for mother's service until the last moment.  Like the doctor's appt, I cannot get behind the service either.  But if other of the living need it, it is not my place to make an issue of it.

Yesterday - work #2, long walk, news shows, bed early.  The weather was soon cool I was wearing jeans and long sleeve shirt.  Seemed strange after it was so hot for so long.

Today work #2, appt, back to #2 and then hope for another cool, long walk.

Can't believe July is almost over...
