Sister back in the pool last night.

Sister #4 was back in the pool at her Y with the OK from 3 doctors - GI, Ortho, and GP.  Sister #3 per sister #1 - As a follow up to the discovery of polyps in her esophagus additional surgery was done yesterday. There are cancer cells as was somewhat assumed and an initial radio frequency ablation was performed. This is a highly intense heat treatment which has proven successful in destroying cancer cells (and other ailments). This was the first of what will probably be a yet to be determined series of such treatments. She and wife are pleased with the surgeon...always a great thing. A clear liquid diet for a few days and then off to soft foods...maybe sister #4 can send them her used menus!  Not sure what her health end game is.  

Listening to WBD as we speak - Steve Lubka "walk and sunshine guy" - healthy living and bitcoin :), new Wealthion next.  Did write down what I listened to yesterday. Wealthion - Brad Shulberg's Master of Change, Daniela Cambone with David Woo, Jay Martin - Dave Collum and sent the youtube of Cambone to RFK Jr campaign.  Interesting take in the talk about him going to Independent Party.  Went for my walk.  Post walk, chatted with PD buddy and ate.  Trying to move through my WTBC book so I can get on to Grohl.  Especially since I had already read the assigned book when it first came out...but need to refresh for talking points.  No one showed up to open the zoom for the CT Death Cafe.  Oh well.  Next one on the calendar is Lansing on Saturday.  

Interesting read this a.m. with RFK announcement due up on Monday.  Cornel West Drops Green Party Bid—Will Run For President As Left-Wing Independent

Maybe walking with family friend sans grandson this a.m.  We will see. I have lots on my mind as I think about the next year.  Also how to get to NC and FL before 2023 ends.  Thanksgiving in DC is a plan right now.
