4 hour wander on Monday :)

Day started with family friend asking if we could move usual walk from Wed to Mon.  Weather is "cooling off" today and tomorrow.  So I went with them, then to convenience store to "reinvest" a $2 lottery winner (to no avail as I look this a.m.).  Then my usual Monday walk...no idea how many miles.  But it was a nice day until the tail end of my walk.  Left at 9 a.m. got home around 1 p.m. and a cold mist was falling by then.  Glad I was done.  Email from ZEN DC facilitator that she and her husband were not feeling well so she was cancelled.  Sister #4 sent email that one of her classmates had died in FL.  Sister #6 called to share that one of her best friend's mother was put in memory care assisted living over the weekend.  Lots going on.  

Lots of listening - BTV, Rich Roll, UMASS coach post game conference, Prof G, WBD with RFK Jr, Jordan Peterson's wife video.  All interesting listening.  

Today - walk, swing by library to restock, CA DC.  Finishing up listening to the latest Rich Roll as we speak.
