Good day on the walk and massage!

Got a call in the a.m. from family friend saying she had both the grandsons due to school closed for one and could I help with a walk.  I said of course!  This picture is the post walk for the two boys.  I guess listening to me talking for an hour will put anyone asleep.  :)  Then I went on and walked a bit more.  3 hours in all.  Then freshened up and headed to massage appt.  My listening of Friday - Vallis, Veil, Lex and Elon, WBD, Prof G on Dairy of a CEO, Ferris.  Diary was the only one I got to end.  More listening today.  Listening to latest All-In as we speak.  They are sitting with Jared K.  I copied down two questions that I heard from what I heard so far on Ferris.  How to Master the Difficult Art of Receiving (and Giving) Feedback | Sheila Heen  What do you feel I did not get?  What would it look like if I did what you want?  I will go back and listen more.  

Had fun sharing with a former school #1 co worker about his brother and a talk he gave in NC.  I always love that when my worlds collide.  :)

Today - waiting to hear from my cousin to see if she sees herself moving this way today, but I will head out for my walk about 10-ish.  I formally gave up trying to read myW&T book club book.  Switched over to the Craig Johnson book on my bedside table.  Reached out to sister re local field hockey tournament info.  Our hometown for which she was a big field hockey player back in the early days of girls' sports will be playing the town where she taught for 40 years.  We will see if she heads to the game on Tuesday.  A Life of Obstructions - sister is mentioned in it.  :)  Massage was the best. 

Try not to be reckless with cash, especially if you are one of those Libras who eyes something nice in a shop window and feels you’ve got to have it. What you see as a “must buy” now may have to be sold back at a loss later on.
