Thanksgiving 2023

Weather was not inviting yesterday to make the travels from CT to RI to MA but no traffic or any commotion on the roads.  Talked to sister #1, brother, son on phone - all had solid plans for the day.  I do not think sister #1 was sad to be going out to a restaurant after many years of hosting.  Son was off to father's today, followed by a "Friendsgiving" then off on Friday to Nashville, Atlanta, and Tarpon.  He will spend December in Florida.  Next real plan is Europe in March for a few months.  

I will holiday here, back to RI on Friday, lunch with some cousins on Saturday, then home!  Where I hope not to stir from for the month of December - including Christmas.  :)  We will see where the month takes me.  

There is no need to feel worried by all the changes taking place around you. On the contrary, you should be pleased that the old ways are being broken up as it frees space for creative people, such as yourself, to thrive. Embrace the future!
