Good "holiday" tomorrow :)

I am not usually a "hallmark" kind of gal, but I am all over Candle Lighting Day.  I will join in tomorrow.  :)

Yesterday - walk with family friend and grandson, left the house at 9 a.m. and back home at 11:30 a.m. ish.  1 p.m. massage.  At some point during the day listened to All In, Raoul, and Kelly.  Kelly was interviewing David Brooks.  Made a couple of notes - Crossing to Safety as a book rec, mantra suggestion - In bad times, I can be broken or broken open.  Finishing up listening to WBD this a.m.  Massage yesterday at 1 p.m.  What a wonder.  :)

Brother called on his way home from work.  For someone who worked for himself up to 5 years ago, he totally enjoys his customer appreciation check.  :)  I had been emailing back and forth with one of his "customers" who I worked with when I was in NC.  "Your brother is cherished."  Too funny.  He gave me a couple of things to think about.  Daughter's boss shared yesterday that he is down to 2 months of cash flow...  Hear about a company's "burn".  Guess he is is burnt or at least charring.  :)  

Will see if sister #6 does come up today.  I am thinking that she will stay put, but maybe.  Sister #1 called yesterday to say she will be passing through Sunday Dec 17...told her to confirm when she is on her way so I can preheat the apt.  

Son's event tomorrow.  Wind down from Art Basel and join us on Sunday, December 10th, 2023 at Naomi’s for some live music, DJs, live art from Miami legend Krave, and a photo gallery celebrating the art and artists from Casa Tochan shelter. Casa Tochan is a Mexico-based shelter and is supported by the Stellar Disbursement Platform, a bulk disbursements solution to power global payments. Today - walk, sister #6 maybe.  Tomorrow I will hope to get my walk in before the rain begins.  Forecast to be quite a weather time Sunday night into Monday.  Still enjoying my latest book.  

Keep telling yourself that all things are possible and keep believing that the winds of the universe are at your back. The attitude you choose to adopt in life will to a great extent come back to you in equal measure, so always be positive.
