Much "fuller" day

Thinking about my picture for today - found one that spoke to where my thoughts took me yesterday as to "new day".  Yesterday flowed so much better than Thursday but I can't put a picture to the feeling yet.  I did have good listening opps, had phone calls from brother and TX friend, "check on the elderly" by PD buddy...others help me to have a mirror to reflect myself back to myself.  Always a good thing. 

Listening - Ferris with his Random show with Kevin Rose.  Always love those shows.  WBD with a story I never knew about.  The widow of Hal Finney.  All-In with the 2023 Awards.  Predictions next week.  Started listening to Ferris with a new face to me who has completely drawn me in - Matt Mullenweg - born in Houston just months after my son...what a guy! ALL the listening has me even more skeptical of technology.  SIM swaps?  I don't even know what it is, but seems to be a way people are harmed.  AI "impersonations" to get passwords, etc. So much I have no idea of how things work...and I think it is exploding in the "no idea" category.  Oh well.   And my walk without an umbrella when I should have.  Was ready Thursday with umbrella, Friday not.  

Did send out a request for the DC tomorrow.  I thought that would be a great way for me to wrap 2023 and go into 2024.  Chicago at 2 p.m.  Looking forward to a new group.

Did have to "scold" myself - was trying to use up some preserves with my English Muffins...but when my stomach started to react, I checked the "good by" date which I usually never think about but 2/21/21...I marched it right out to the dumpster. Easy to narrow down the new items as I change up very little in the items I eat each day.  :)  Also might need to do an emergency trip for grapes.  Don't think I can last until Tuesday but may sub in a little applesauce thing I bought after being introduced to them this summer at sister #4's.  We will see.  My mind is "a place".  :)

Focus and enthusiasm are two words I am keeping front of mind as I go into 2024...overcome obstacles and advancing in the direction I want.  Keep a good - and strong - thought for that.  I am looking for cosmic and peripheral support.  Have a good Saturday.
