Rainbow saved the day :)

Picture does not do it justice but a rainbow post all the stormy weather on Monday saved the day for me.  Sister #1 took it from her car as we drove away from our "recon mission" at the restaurant we were headed to later in the day with her high school friends.  Their phones were not working and there was a lot of high water and power outages being reported in the area.  But all was fine and they were open for business and as we headed out of the parking lot - blue sky and rainbow - insert thumbs up emoji.  :)

I did go for my walk.  A bit ill fated. They did not unlock the reservoir area for walking so I walked to the reservoir on my "Monday route" and found a locked gate so instead of 38 minutes home...another hour backtracking.  Oh well.  I was soaking wet, but we broke high temp record by 6 degrees so it was not cold.  AND turned all the heat off at the apt so that raised my spirits too.  :)  

So yesterday - Did get to listen to Rich Roll when sister #1 was on some calls for work.  Got my walk in.  Landlord and his wife drove sister #1 and I to dinner.  I had my pork wrapped in bacon so I was happy.  Mail did arrive to son in FL so that was good news.  But missing two DCs yesterday...missed those people.  It is my goal to get back on track as of 10 a.m. when sister pulls out.  1 p.m. and 7 p.m. DCs.  Shoprite, bank, walk, dishwasher, clothes...we will see how it all plays out.  Move back into my bedroom.  We will see if there is any spillover into Wednesday.  :)  I did write down the work "classic" yesterday a.m.  Will try and think why as I go through the morning...  On my list today WBD, Random but my "action" list will come first.  Did start my new book.  Seems like the words could fit today as the author set the table for the second term for Lincoln.  

Will go into company recover mode today and prepare for my Sunday/Monday at sister #4's.  No trip down to the shower location due to weather and the person who was to meet with sister #1 not coming into the office.  Yesterday was a wash out on many levels.

You need to get your act together and get down to the kind of serious work that even your rivals and enemies will praise you for. Most of all though you need to bear in mind at all times that principle will always be more important than profit.
