Back home - weather gave me a window of safe road travel :)

Son sent some pics last night.  Windy seat on one of the boat trips.  The two boats we went out on are shown.  One was focused on the sponge diving history of the area.  The other was more of just overall history of the area.  Also some history about some of the big boats I was seeing from the deck.  Father of one of the girls on Down Below?  Generations of Greeks in the area.  And Tarpons' restriction of big box, corporate presence on the main strip.  I like the idea that all the money I spent was going to someone in Tarpon.  Yesterday worked out.  I had concern about the weather we were flying into but it amazed me that we landed at 2:38 p.m. and was home in my apt by 3:46 p.m.  Perfect for getting to CA ME DC at 4 p.m., then shower, got something to eat, then 7 p.m. CA OH DC.  Talked to sister #4.  Looking at the weather it sounded a lot worse than it was but the temp did drop below freezing on my way from airport to home.  Rainy to sleet-y.  But the only issue was I had my sneakers on so they got very soggy in the slush.  Obviously it was snowing while I was in the air.  Son will be off to New Orleans on Friday ending his two months in Tarpon.  Then Michigan at end of February.  Then Europe in March.  Thinks he will be back from there in May.

Good family dinner with son's buddies and their kids on my last night in town.  7th grade and 9th grade kids - I know it was killing them to be sending their Sat night with me and my son, but they were very gracious to me.  So glad that my son has people like them in his life.  Labor Day 2001 was the beginning of their friendships when they got to Flagler College.

Today - order up some books, perhaps return laptop to Sr Ctr if footing allows.  Tomorrow Schwab with paperwork.  That laptop deal was very positive.  Had cookies in the mail for me from my cousin at my door when I got home.  :)  Have a good Monday.  Happy/sad to be home.  Son and I were both crying when we said good bye at the airport.  We both have created wacky lives over all these years.  I feel he is doing what he wants to be doing the way he wants to be doing...but the tears throw me off.  I will see where February takes him.  Listening to BTV this a.m. re February.  Leap month so "extra time".  :)

A change of career is very much on the cards at the moment but you must give it plenty of serious thought before giving up what you have achieved and moving on to a different track. Is there some way you can do both jobs at the same time?

Take time to fully steady yourself as an earthy grand trine forms between the Virgo moon, Mars, and Uranus, dearest Libra, which will have a grounding yet emotionally charged impact on you. Lean into all things beautiful to make the most of these vibes, filling your heart with that which inspires. You'll feel motivated to make changes at home later in the afternoon when Mars and Uranus share a supportive connection, making it a good time to declutter and reassess your household commitments. Just remember to stay organized as you tackle these tasks, as a harsh opposition between Luna and Neptune could bring confusion.

Idealistic love could come your way today, Libra. This might involve a colleague or possibly someone in a group with which you're affiliated. It might even be someone you've never before considered as more than a friend. Whoever it is may seem to be too perfect to be true. Bear in mind that this is the first rush of infatuation, and that for romance to be successful you have to love a person's flaws as well.

Almost forgot to check the cosmos.  :)  Moving on a different tract.  Take time to steady myself.  I will leave the infatuation issue to someone else but do need to keep the "flaws" issue in mind for everyone I come in contact...and me.  :)
