People day :)

No Lansing DC yesterday but lots of other living activities.  :)  Started with coffee down the block with niece #1.  Her birthday and she was in town to spend time with her local buddies.  She loved her earrings.  I will hope her sister, niece #3 will like hers and now I am thinking of going back and buying more for the other nieces and one of their second cousins and my family friend walking companion whose birthday is next week, and Tarpon Springs mother and daughter friends of my son and mine.  I am not usually a "gift-er" but when I get a feeling...I feel "rich" because I have earned $200 on my credit card so it will pay off $200 on this next cycle so I feel "ahead".  :)

So LaSalle Market, to a quick walk before niece took off for the rest of her visit, then met family friend for a walk, then I walked up to the library to pick up another Krueger.  Then family friend called to ask if I wanted to go to dinner with her and her husband.  Of course.  UCONN and UNC finished a positive day outlook on the basketball court.  

Made reservations for hotel for me, sister #4 and son for niece #4's wedding.  Also got the obit book from second cousin about mother's side of the family.  Up to me now to send off the copies he made for each of my siblings.  He did an incredible job putting info together.  

Today - I will go for my Unionville walk.  Rails to trails should all be clear of snow and ice with the weather of the last few days.  Alameda DC I think I will pass.  

Listened to All-In yesterday a.m., a Prof G this a.m.  Nothing else in queue.
