Stamps!

Sending cards is a bit "steep" these days. :)  It has been so long since I purchased cards.  I am still behind the concept based on all that has happened of late.  But cards + stamps... = more than my usual week of groceries.  Oh well.   My life.  :)

Yesterday NY DC, walked to the Shoppes again due to snow and ice on my Unionville route.  Bought a book of stamps at Shoprite.  I will work on my card send today.  Finished The President's Wife.  Started The Exchange this a.m.  Talked to sister #1.  Email from SIL.  She mentioned a couple of Airbnbs in their neighborhood if #4 and I make the trip post Easter.  We will see how #4 does with all the repair and recovery of her health issues.  Then I might just have to plan a trip for myself if she is a no go.  Got an email from sister #1's class reunion cmte.  I passed it along to some other Sibs of '69. Ran into one of those sibs when I saw him and his wife in the drive thru at Dunkin.  I told sister #1 - cards, stamps and reunion...$ spigot was stuck open this weekend.  :)

Today - Return book to library on my walk, PA DC, card work.  It's a holiday but that means as much as TGIF in my retired life chapter.  

Crickets from son since he was on his way to New Orleans.  He knows his mother worries too much to know all the details of his adventures...Maybe when he hits home base he will let me know.
