Wandering and planning :)

Back and forth with SIL and sister #4.  Landed on where would stay for our very abbreviated stay in NC.  April 3,4,5.  I will have to plan another trip to spend time without family.  Oh well.  Need to alert nieces today.  Was thinking about airbnb but found a hotel with indoor pool so that sealed the deal for sister #4.  .7 miles from brother's house.  Sounds like a bingo.  

Do have to admit that I listened to 3 hours of Lex Fridman and Tucker Carlson...interesting, jarring, but interesting.  

Yesterday - Lansing DC, walk, stood outside Kohl's talking to sister #4 for 36 minutes while she searched the internet.  Police buddy swung by when he knew I was "off course".  :)  Left the apt at 11:35 a.m. and got back at 2:30 p.m. Watched Blue Bloods from Friday night and All-In.  TX friend called to share that her daughter wants her to read my poem at the memorial service for her granddaughter on March 30.  And that they put a copy of the poem in her cremation urn.  Very good feeling that it meant as much to them as it did to me.  She will head to Atlanta to meet her son's son.  Then back to Albuquerque around the 20th.  One of her dogs is at the animal hospital.  I don't think her plate could be more full.  

Today - walk to Unionville.  Ice and snow should all be melted.  I opened the windows once it stopped rainy yesterday.  50-60 today.

I will see how the stars guide me today.  No draw to socialize or do errands as we speak...  Thinking a bit about the person in yesterday's DC who was close friend to the person killed in the San Diego area that is making the news today.  As I usually do, I shared that I would take the person who died on my walk with me yesterday.  Also got asked to do an individual interview with the people from the DC focus group.  Looking forward to that.  I can talk about the upside of DC's all day!  :)  Sounds strange, but so not to me.  Have a good Sunday.
