Extend-o walk Friday...beautiful day

Saw many on the walk yesterday.  Chief of Police stopped me to ask if I knew about CAO retiring. Very small town feel to yesterday.  Saw the former First Selectman who was the father of a former school #1 co worker.  Chief.  Former co worker of my first job when I came home and we set up a walk date for end of June - she always has a tight schedule. Saw sixth grade teacher's daughter. Lots of waving and beautiful weather.  Volunteer Fire Dept carnival fireworks last night so it was not a sleep through night and a bit of a alcohol fueled "discussion" with some people on Main St.  They were not trying to solve world peace and I will leave it at that.  

Watched a very interesting Rich Roll.  Ozempic - what a "thing" for our world.  And that against the Rapid Fire.  Wanted to send both to Prof G to see how he would square that circle of who wants what from whom as we go into the balance of 2024...  I had the thought that so many live in silos as to people and places they interact with the other side of the story is far away.  

Reaching out to son and cousin today.  Cousin was "featured" in my dream last night.  Ties to my angst about the June 15 wedding shower for my niece.  I would SO much like to say I won't be there.  Might still come to that. Let the library lady know I will miss W&T book club.  Will let Ann Arbor DC facilitator know the same this week. We will see but feel I will be at the shower.  :/

Today - walk to Shoppes.  All-In in a few.  No Blue Bloods from last night to watch.  We will see what else the day brings.
