Well that was easy :)

By 11 a.m. yesterday I had my new box, new remote and for the first time in DECADES I had a positive experience with COMCAST.  I did not see that coming.  The cable guy stole my heart but I would love to have heard him describe to his wife about the old lady and the TV from the past.  Heard from my niece who I "chatted with this weekend".  Sister #6 about a neighborhood garden a couple of miles from my son's house in Detroit and small world that one of the founding fathers of the garden is an RPCV-India.  Will share that with sister #1 in case she knows him.  She will be back in US from Paraguay on May 3.  Rest of my day yesterday was calm - walk, watched some TV - just because I could.  Finished Churchill's Secretary - not a good book but a good break from my Isaacson run.  Listened to BG2.  

Chores, Shoprite - a lackluster $35/$5 day - I was distracted by the cable issue hanging over my head at 7:30 a.m.  :)  I will hope today - walk with family friend and grandson, fingers crossed, EOLD discussion.  Return book to library.  Need to do my monthly report.
