Another polar plunge on Tuesday :)

I am hoping for some warm up today.  The pool was chilly and it took a long hot shower and flannel shirt and sweatpants to get me warmed up after.  Oh well.  I will be wishing for this pool temp once the summer gets on.  Did my chores yesterday.  Went to Shoprite.  Not a stellar savings day, but had to buy some name brand stuff for sister #1 visit.  Also realized that the OJ I thought I got a deal on last week was "orange juice beverage" once I read the fine print.  Had to buy some real thing for sister.  :)  

So Shoprite, walk, cleaning, CA DC, pool.  Heard from SIL.  They had a great 40th anniversary trip to Bermuda and birthday dinner last night at the restaurant we went with them to when sister #4 and I were there earlier this year.  The Peak on Salem.  Saw a notice on their web site about the US Open.  I guess the spillover from Pinehurst might reach Apex.  Today - walk, noon EOLD, Lansing DC tonight.  Loving the latest Johnson.  Listened to latest Prof G.

You need to get past those silly fears that have been holding you back. Your mind has been in such a whirl of late that even quite harmless events have at times seemed threatening. If you must have fantasies at least make them positive ones.
