Re-grouping for writing this a.m.

Just got very wrapped up in responding to an email of a friend in NC.  Where she lives is becoming a big VENN diagram of people and places that reach far and wide.  Peace Corps, Pittsboro, the place where my brother now works, my hometown...never ceases to amaze me.  I was inspired.  And it did find me at work this a.m.  Email response was a bit lengthy.  :)

Balance of the day yesterday.  Watched Prof G.  Sent it niece #3.  Morgan Housel was the guest.  What a guy to make things simple.  Long walk.  Swim.  Sister #1 arrived.  Dinner with some of her high school classmates (my landlord being one.)  Landlord's wife made the peanut butter cookies sister likes.  Read some Johnson and called it a day.  Sister will leave in a bit to pick up her daughter at airport.  They will go to the beach to get ready for bridal shower for niece #4 tomorrow.  I am passing on bunking down at one of the two places available.  I will do a day trip tomorrow.  

Later this a.m. I will move things back into my room.  Reestablish my office.  Walk.  Swim.  Figure out what to wear tomorrow.  

Family friend who I walk with said her sister gave her a book to read and do I want it after her.  YES!  Death is but a Dream.  I have heard Dr. Kerr a couple of times and will hear him again at The Completed Life Initiative Symposium on June 21.  Again - a worlds collide/VENN diagram moment.  :)

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, of course, but if you can see that a friend’s viewpoint is flawed you must point that fact out to them. Far from being outraged they may actually thank you for filling in the gaps in their knowledge.

The focus today is on families, with special emphasis on children. You might spend time telling stories today. Someone with whom you're in contact could be dealing with some powerful emotional issues and not want company. There isn't much you can do, Libra.
