Oct 22 2024 - it's a wrap :)

70-ish degrees and this look on Cape Cod for Oct 22! Was 84 degrees in my neighborhood.  Sister #6 sent the pic to me from her neighborhood.  

Mr. Google knowing when my birthday is? - unsettling when I signed off and balloons and Happy B'day swims across the screen.  :/  Surprise visit from sister #4.  Lunch with her and a friend of hers. 

Son was off to see Stevie Wonder last night in Detroit. Stevie Wonder Says “Sing Your Song! As We Fix Our Nation’s Broken Heart” With A Performance At Little Caesars Arena On October 22  Along that line, I voted yesterday.  

I kept a list of people I heard from over the last few days.  Good group of people.  Does my heart good.  Need that "good" after looking at my birthday lotto ticket coming up a loser...really thought that would break things open for me.  Oh well.  Onward and upward. Even with an angel number 444 this a.m. when I went to get my coffee.  

Today - family friend Wednesday walking partner is still at her family farm in upstate NY.  Will see if she can walk on Friday a.m.  So today - clean apt, walk, EOLD discussion -Understanding Anatomical Donation, and later in the afternoon FEN presentation - You are registered for the free one-hour webinar to celebrate FEN's new book There at the End: Voices from Final Exit Network--A Celebration of 20 Years, and to hear from its editor and contributors. Pot pie due per landlady.  :)  Yesterday we went to Beau's for lunch and ate outside.  I had my shrimp po'boy and a toasted almond milkshake.  The milkshake was a huge treat.
