Soggy, drizzling Sunday

But between last Sunday and this, the daffodils along the trail sprung up.  So maybe it will warm up here.  This week does not look spring-ish on the forecast but I have to remind myself it is March still - for today.  Could have saved people a lot of angst on the brackets...ended up all the "1's" made it.  Went back and forth with the guy who took my job back in 1995 at the real estate company in Houston.  I did a last minute pick on MSU since I had missed that piece of the final four results. :)  

Did my full walk to Unionville and back.  Soggy.  Worked on my volunteer blog work.  Texas friend seems leaning strong to becoming New Mexico friend again.  They left NM for TX in 1996 and look headed back.  The house they are looking at now looks like a close relative of where they live now.  Land, outbuildings, and a rambling ranch house.  But stucco not wood.  Perfect for them.  Like she said, new grandbaby, new car, new house...life is good.  

Today - waiting for sister #4 to give me the schedule.  TX friend's sister will be joining us for lunch along with two of sister #4's schoolmates.  Nothing else on my paper calendar for today.  It was supposed to be street sweeping day but no action yet (5 a.m.) so maybe the rain moved them to reschedule.
