Spin around the block was it yesterday...

Woke up to 3:33 a.m. this morning.  Hope it sets the tone for the day.  Yesterday was not an action day except for the very exciting finish to the Master's golf tournament.  :)  

Other than watching the tail end of the tournament.  Blog work.  Connected with a student at the Duke rLab.  Glad young kids have the energy to do some work to figure out new ways to solve some problems.  Fingers crossed.  

Short walk.  Less knee pain.  Waiting for the day when long walk, no pain is my talk.  Might walk my last Haig back to library today.  Liking my introduction to Rendon author.  I heard about her when she was interviewed on ICT news that comes on my TV on Sundays.  Good source of news for me.  

ZEN tonight, nothing else on paper calendar.  Did make my grocery list yesterday for tomorrow.

I am writing in my paper journal about a "error" of late, but it is truly - maybe - the way it was supposed to be.  But feels so "wrong" to me...but it was all of my own making and reinforces that once words are out of my mouth, written word is sent out into the world or things are let go by me and cast out in to the world...they are just that "out" to land where they land.  And as I wrote yesterday, some land in soft heart spots and some land with a thud and hurt. We will see where my latest release lands. My goal is never pain - for me or others...
