Interesting day of input on Tuesday

I am gathering myself for the day.  Yesterday "felt" like Wednesday since I had my family friend walk...will try to get back on schedule today.  :)  Watched a great video yesterday.  Gave me lots to think about and that pushed me to walk in the a.m. knowing that I was going to be walking again in the afternoon...  So yesterday Shoprite, dishwasher, clothes washed, walk, CA DC, walk with family friend.  

From the video, "do something, it will lead to something", be 1% more of me tomorrow", "sad, but not sad forever", "fear into force", and "Carl Sagan famously said, "If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe." This quote highlights the interconnectedness of all things and the immense complexity involved in even the simplest tasks. It suggests that everything we take for granted, like ingredients for pie, has a history and origin that extends back to the fundamental building blocks of the universe."   This was all from a girl who was told at 13 years old that she had 6 months to live, she is now 23...  Very inspirational.  

Today - clean apt, EOLD, walk, Cape Cod DC.  Will see what bubbles up in and around those activities.  :)   I will keep reminding myself that it is Wednesday.
