Another movie night... :/

Had to smile when family friend sent me this picture of what was above her as she gave blood at a blood drive yesterday.  I told her no mystery in life.  :)  I need to find out where this church is.  Great interior.  Watched Now You See Me movie last night with TX friend.  The closer you think you are, the less you'll actually see.  Looks like it might be a series of movies. Not sure which one in the series I watched. Interesting.  Before that movie we watched "The Quilters" is a 32-minute documentary that follows a men's quilting group within a Missouri maximum-security prison. The group creates personalized quilts for local foster children, showcasing the healing power of art and the men's pride in their creative work. The documentary premiered at DC/DOX Film Festival in 2024 and has since been featured on Netflix.  Very inspirational.

Other on yesterday:  Watched two videos that got me.  Walked.  Linner with TX friend - and Foster's for ice cream.  When I found out TX friend was not taking off until this a.m., I cancelled my reservation for the town library Katharine Hepburn presentation and watched movies with her instead.

Videos:  Dead Talks:  In this powerful and soul-stirring episode of DEAD Talks, David Ferrugio sits down with ALOK, internationally acclaimed author, poet, and performer, for one of the most profound conversations we've ever had. We dive deep into death, grief, identity, the illusion of control, the meaning of presence, and how love and loss are inextricably linked.  Reflections of Life:  This Is Enough - Finding Peace in Simplicity

Went to Shoprite $16/$7 shopping day, washed clothes, ran dishwasher, stopped at car place on way home from Shoprite to check air in tires.

Today - walk with family friend, EOLD about current hospice talk, nothing else on calendar.  Son got the first RMD check I sent him.  He will put it to better use than I would.

The more you know about a new partner or colleague the less likely it is their actions will take you by surprise, so do some research and make sure you are well prepared. The planets warn you cannot afford to leave anything to chance.

Allow yourself to be guided by your connection with the universe, dearest Libra, as the Virgo Moon aspects Uranus and Jupiter. Just try not to overextend your reach, or you could ruffle feathers. You'll perk up once Luna enters your sign, further heightening your intuition. An opposition with Saturn and Neptune asks you to examine how love or responsibilities cause your dreams to take the second stage, doing what you can to balance the scales. Embrace changes to your look or creative expressions when Pluto activates this afternoon. Meanwhile, Venus and Jupiter align to expand your heart and ability to attract what you seek.

A setback in your career might have you feeling disoriented, Libra. Equipment might be involved. Don't go crazy. It's only temporary. Your determination, efficiency, and practicality should take care of it in no time. Basically, you're probably feeling optimistic about the future and unlikely to change that energy any time soon. Try not to worry about problems today. Spend time relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family.

Not to worry, leaving nothing to chance, no overreach...  TX friend is going to read my poem at her sister's 50th anniversary celebration.  :)  So now I will readjust to no company in town again.  Interesting last 5 days for my usually solitary life.  Have a good Wednesday.
