"Late start" :)

5:51 a.m. as we speak.  Slept like a log last night.  People are always amazed the way I can sleep in the cold apt AND the hot apt with the same success.  :)  Another way my body has "played along" with my unorthodox approach to living.  Good thing for sure.  No fan turned on this season, no AC.  

Yesterday - cleaned apt, walked with family friend, EOLD discussion - not one of my favorites, pool, Cape Cod DC that was the Rochester NY contingent of the group.  Cape Cod people take off July and August for gatherings.  They are all having lots of company and fun and sun.  Talked to son.  He is floundering as to next steps.  World feels a bit off kilter.  I hope his father has some tips, I am tip-less. I am not making much sense of what is happening in the world as we speak.  

Today - walk, massage, pool.  This image of what sits on my desk has been on my mind of late.  Hard cover for a tender topic.  Story of my life.  Dream sequence last night had to do with where family used to go to beach when we were little.  Friends of sister #1 speaking Spanish.  I felt a bit removed from the action.
