Solo aging group was a bust...oh well.

Felt a bit of a "fall down but get up sensation" after yesterday.  Should have gone for my long walk instead of the solo-aging thing, but live and learn.  I am not much of a joiner but I knew I was up against it - and shared that with my blog co people - when the conversation drifted to:

The in-person meeting was a bit discouraging.  She could not make the tie between EOL and what she focuses on around solo aging that would result in a submission.  Oh well.  The big topics of the conversation - "Where do you play pickleball?" and "book clubs are so hard because how can you read a book a month?"...  Onward and upward.

Balance of the day - went for an abbreviated walk.  "Walked into" my PD buddy on his run.  He did not hold out much hope for me and my morning meeting group.  Me and groups...not usually a match made in heaven.  Should have followed his thought.  But the positive was the place the meeting took place.  Bridge Healing Arts Center - Drum circles.  Sound Healing. Himalayan salt sauna.  Doubt if I will spring for any of the services, but liked the feel of the place.  Then drove home - I had to drive to the meeting another reason it had a rocky start.  :)  Then walked to the pool.  Swam.  Reported out to the swimming ladies about my Hepburn Day Friday and the bust of the morning meeting.  Then walked home. Finished Silva.

Heard from sister #4 on my drive home from meeting.  She was just getting out of funeral mass - standing room only for her friend and then on to the luncheon at a huge venue.  The lady was a force of nature all over the state and Rhode Island.  Asked sister if she was going to swing by after but I got a resounding "no".  She has her new backyard pool to get home to!!!  And fireworks event last night in Westerly.  She is living her life for sure.  She is a force of nature herself in a quiet way.

Started latest Crais this a.m.  Will walk to Unionville.  Pool.  Then E/W DC at 4.  Albany DC at 7.  Good way to push reset for the week ahead after yesterday.

Loved ones will happily ride to your rescue over the coming week, but only if you let them know you need their assistance. As the sign most linked with partnerships you should know by now you don’t have to face life’s hardships alone.

You'll gain recognition where you once felt overlooked, dear Libra, thanks to a sweet connection between the Virgo moon and Jupiter. As your star rises, keep some cards close to your chest, allowing your reputation to grow with a bit of mystery. Get strategic with what comes next, but try to identify and plan for potential setbacks or obstacles. You'll appreciate peace as the hours pass and will benefit from removing yourself from distractions. If your mind starts to speed up, focus on grounding or spend time journaling to break down your thoughts and gain a clearer perspective on the bigger picture.

Put aside frivolity for a day, Libra. This is an important time to prepare for the future. Don't take another step before you know you're on solid ground. This is an important time to establish your goals. Writing them down will help you realize them in life. Think about the long-term harvest. Security and grounding are key themes today.

I am all over today's cosmic guidance - Get strategic, break down my thoughts and gain a clearer perspective on the bigger picture, don't take another step before you know you're on solid ground.  That will give me plenty of thought for what is always the longest walk of the week.  :)  Have a good Sunday.
