Guess my body knows it is Tuesday :)

Used a long walk to fill some of the swimming time gap yesterday.  Headed to PO at 10 a.m. to see about extra postage needed for brother's birthday card. Then headed out for a walk.  Ran into family friend who had some bank business in town.  We talked by the river for a bit.  So heading out for my walk at 10:30-ish a.m. and home at 1 p.m.-ish.  Did my recon at Shoprite.  Talking and walking helped with my first post swim day.  Also reading a town newsletter that laid out lots of news about budget, BOE challenges with Title IX litigation and special ed budget. Also wrote email to Park & Rec and First Selectman thanking them for a great swim season. We will see where Day 2 takes me.  

Yesterday - PO, walk, blog work, talked to Albany CA DC facilitator about a former SD DC facilitator who is having his pre death celebration of life on Sept 1.  He will be 95 on Aug 31.  ZEN DC at 7:30 p.m.  Up early this a.m.  Guess body knows it is Tuesday.  Shoprite, wash clothes, run dishwasher.  Walk.  1 p.m. CA DC.  As always, it always amazes me how shifts happen when the seasons ask for the reset button to be pushed.
