Massage Thursday "unleashed" some stuff :)

5:55 pm before I called it a day yesterday, full dream night confirming my decision to not attend 50th HS reunion, Houston and Chapel Hill people and family friend coming to my mind as my support. 3:33 am on the wake up AND I took today's picture to send to an Ann Arbor DC facilitator whose husband has some procedure today.  She is a big angel wings person and I had told her I would burn incense for her and her husband this a.m. which is not burning on my office desk.  Thought-full overnight and early a.m.

Yesterday - Walk, blog work, massage, CHILLY swim - just me and the little girl and her father who live across from the town pool who did not want the lifeguards to be lonely.  The three of us were VERY safe with the swimmer/staff ratio.  Swimming ladies decided to play bridge rather than swim.  It did take me a good bit to get warm once I got home.  Today is supposed to warm up.

Today walk and swim, nothing on my paper calendar.  Son shared he is off to an event at Eastern Market with Big Sean tonight.  :)  Detroit Tigers Wednesday night with his dad.  Two nights later Big Sean.  He does have "a range".
