Picture for yesterday...compression socks :)

But can't find my picture of compression socks, or anything to do with knee so have ace bandage on wrist pic.  :)  Right knee acting up again.  Will baby it on my walk to Unionville today.  But post swim yesterday put on the compression sock on lower leg and ace bandage on knee, took a couple of Advil.  Ace bandage is more a reminder for me to not make any sudden moves.  

So yesterday - walked to Shoppes, ran into PD buddy.  He called me to see where I was on my wander and caught up with me and we walked for a bit.  He had already done his run and was walking home with his coffee.  Then pool.  And no swimming ladies.  I looked a bit silly setting up chairs (my job) for 3...  Oh well.  Maybe I will get a report today as to where they went.  Usually on the weekends they have some music events.  Watched The Great American Recipe.  Next week will be the last of this season.  Not sure why as a non-cooking person I get roped into this show, but entertaining.  

Today - listening to All-In as we speak.  Then will walk to Unionville.  Pool.  Need to do some planning as to Tuesday shopping and getting ready to move out of my room into office for sister #1's visit.  I am thinking it might be a bit too warm to have her sleep in the office.  Not a problem.  

Nothing on paper calendar until Tuesday.  Diez de Agosto today - Independence Day for Ecuador.
