News day - loud and quiet day all in one :)

These 3 "kids" not so much kids anymore - at 42, 38, 37.  Each of them was in my thoughts yesterday - son because I so appreciate his support to my life.  He was very happy to hear about my checking off one of my Fall reset "try to do" items - order swordfish.  Check as of last Thursday night.  Middle cousin in that I hope my cousin will reach out to see what sober house her sister/my niece is/was in and that info gets to my cousin.  And the next niece - TX friend was with her father at a gathering this past weekend and it came up that he not only had this niece with sister #1 but has a son who is older than my niece.  I had never heard of this before.  Father has never married. What to do with this information. Fact or fiction?  Known or not by sister #1 if true? Yikes.  

But before that phone call.  Long walk - took loaner laptop returned, dropped off latest Silva, walked to recon Shoprite for today's shopping, stopped and chatted with some townies on the way.  One of them got a call while we were standing there.  A call from one of sister #4's high school classmates asking for him to put together some table centerpieces for the class reunion on Saturday night.  Then to the library again to pick up W&T book club book - Lungfish: A Novel by Meghan Gilliss.  More copies are on the way here.  It is a first novel, but the author has also been a journalist and a librarian!   And a Kellerman.

Then ZEN DC.  So glad we are back on schedule for that one now that facilitator's summer schedule has settled down.  Today - Shoprite, wash clothes including sheets for sister #4's arrival on Friday or Saturday, run dishwasher, walk, CA DC at 1 p.m.  Did not send the email to fire myself from blog work.  I am going to wait and see what the new Executive Director of the org has to say on Sept 29.  Made a list of things that she might or might want to know.  Will stay quiet until the 29th.  :)  Fall has started with an info overload.  Will see what that means to my day-to-day life.  

You need to find an outlet for all that pent-up energy and one way might be to focus on ways to make money. Even if you are well-off already, having a dollar figure to aim for will encourage you to aim higher and accomplish more creatively.
