Wound down!

Combo platter of good wind down and start to new week.  Will not have my life fully back until this time next week, but yesterday gave me a bit of a reset.  Hotel worked well Saturday night, did forget my comb so I went from wet head after shower to combing my hair with my fingers...luckily with my "coif" and my handy barrettes, all was "fine".  Breakfast downstairs at hotel.  Me and the food prep lady for the first 30 minutes.  Then waited outside by the closed pool for NC friends to come down.  I was leaving hotel when sister #4 was leaving my apt.  So got home and "re-established" setting.  Sister traded me a store bought (delicious) cupcake for some ginger snaps my landlady had left on the stoop when she heard sister was in town.  Scones for sister #1, ginger snaps for sister #4.  :)  

Headed to Unionville and got back and took a shower AND combed my hair!  Getting ready for 4 p.m. DC and then 7 p.m. DC.  Do need to reach back out to sister #1 to have her call me when she is not in company of gentleman caller.  I will hope to talk to her before TX friend arrives on Wednesday.  I did say something out loud at the Albany CA DC about people dealing with unfinished business at end of life...one person's speaking their truth, upending someone else's life...no bad news there, just news.

So today - drop off at library at front end of walk, walk, stop back and pick up another book on tail end of walk.  2 p.m. ZOOM with new FEN Exec Dir, 7 p.m. Rochester DC.

Tend to matters under your own roof. The Moon is settling down in your domestic 4th house, setting the ideal scene for looking around your space and making a plan of action. Perhaps you’ll tackle that pile of laundry sitting on your chair or open your doors to host a big get-together for all your favorite people! One thing is certain — home is where the heart and the action are. Don’t worry about the outside world unless you have to.
