Something got me riled up yesterday...

Had a 555 in the a.m. and evening yesterday.  And I was in the bed reading by 6 p.m.  I could not watch one more minute of news yesterday.  AND I had a dream that was "political".  I do wish our two US Senators were up for re-election this year so that I could tell them that not doing their job was a problem for me.  One is just delusional, the other is so deep into ego work and positioning for his next position.  And drinking the DC kool-aid.  It hurts my soul.  

Re-listening to Dead Talks.  Host with his mom.  I sent to son.  Next up is the latest GeriPal - a follow up episode re billing and coding.

Did my window ballet yesterday.  Quiet and less breezy.  :)  I do have two "new" windows in the great room so I can open those windows if I have the need for winter fresh air.  Beside that - clean apt, walk, EOLD, library talk online with a historical fiction novelist, was drawn to bed to read my Stone Yard Devotional book.  Today - Wednesday shows, walk, massage, Compassion & Choices legislative update, Cape Cod Death conversation - CBA Conservation Burial as Community and Climate Action presentation, with stories from Heartwood, Prairie Creek, Larkspur, and Bluestem Conservation Cemeteries.  Looking forward to being reintroduced to Larkspur and Bluestem and new news on the other two.  

Really focusing on what writing I need to do after Tuesday's Rochester DC.  Also sent son some links from a PBS show I saw yesterday about day trips in Texas for his winter trip.
