Waking up to no snow...

No snow yet and no snow cake. Would not wish for one, huge wish for the latter. :)  I changed up my schedule yesterday, just in case.  Walked to Shoppes, bought bananas, grapes and blueberries and walked home.  No Sr Disc this week.  Left $.50 on the table with my Monday purchase, but walked to and from so saved something there?  Overthinking that.  :)

Walk, FEN DC, talked with sister #1, son.  His sweet potato lasagna was  - I won't say a hit, but accepted with mild enthusiasm.  He likes to give people know new things.  He has a visitor from Mexico City coming to town this weekend.  She has a gig in NYC Friday and Detroit Saturday, back to MC on Sunday.  He does have a wide net of connections. Homemade granola delivered from landlady with a note "Sharpened your Shovel?"  I do need to refill the sand/salt mixture from DPW at some point soon.  Have enough if needed today.  

Today - with no Shoprite, but will do chores and maybe even do Wed chore of cleaning apt if it gets cold and rainy later today.  Noon Patient Choice Vermont program, 6 p.m. Kessler program.  Thinking of spending more time with Mitford book to get that finished.  Need to pick up Jan book club book.  COA CAO event postponed to January.  Old people and snow forecast...shuts thing down.  :)
