Warmer and sunnier - good day

Spent as much time as I could yesterday on the streets.  :)  Rescheduled morning walk with family friend.  Then walk up and back to library when I thought about making sure I was stocked up for holiday week.  :)  Worked on some resources for GA DC group. Had an interesting piece of mail when I got back from morning walk.  Was in bed reading at 6 p.m.  When making choices about watching news and reading a book I am enjoying...reading won.  Enjoyed the day.

Spoke to TX/NM friend.  She was on the trail TX to NM for the rest of the year.  Spoke with sister #1.  One of her local friends took a fall and I wanted to let her know.  She was sharing about a shopping outing - looking for book for her gentleman caller, ended up buying a coat for herself.  Started at $399.00, she bought it for $80.00.  That type of shopping never ceases to amaze me.  Sort of like my spend/save at Shoprite...who are the people who pay full price and what IS the game retailers play on us?...  Oh well.

Some interesting "retail" for me yesterday referring to the mail I received and then my gaff at Shoprite.  :/  Good news/bad news.  Had a check in my mailbox yesterday for $91.83 from Piedmont Electric Cooperative.  My North Carolina power supplier.  Do note I have been gone from NC since 2006...  But it had my current address, but married name.  I used my married name until son graduated from high school in 2001.  So I went to my "death bed" the office bed under which I have my paperwork.  So I headed out in my car to my dreaded bank.  The local branch was closed years ago and turned into our town's Cannabis retailer...  I took all the paperwork I could think of that would allow me to cash the check - from birth certificate to marriage license to divorce record to official name change to the loan payment paperwork for an address in Chapel Hill...I was pulling all this paperwork out of my "workbook" - I'm Dead Now What . They cashed the check.  I think they wanted me and my workbook out of the bank lobby.  Bank lobbies are pretty sad places.  Age of employees - 25-35, age of people in the lobby - 65+.  Employees dying to move on to a real job.  People in the lobby - just dying.  :)  But I left with my cash so all good.  And it was just about enough to cover my massage today.  Very positive for me.  Then I thought I would ride the wave of success - stop at Shoprite for the Thursday-Monday sale that included grapes for $.99/lb.  Got to check out and when it did not register at the sale price, the young check out person read the fine print on the flyer to me...only valid when you purchase $25 of other stuff...NOT for me on a Thursday.  So I put the grapes back.  Oh well.  Then when I was leaving, I ran into someone I see when I am walking and she said "What are you doing at Shoprite on a Thursday and driving your car on Thursday!?"  Glad people appreciate I was so off course.  AND then I decided to wrap out the roller coaster outing stopping at the car place to get the air checked in my tires before I head to sister #4's on Tuesday and with the temperatures jumping from 20 and below to 40 and above.  So good, bad, good on my outing.  I do make life challenging.  But it all started with warmer, sunnier weather and the rescheduling of my Wednesday walk to Thursday and then it just opened up the time and energy to address my "issues".  :)  Whew I wear myself out mentally, emotionally and physically.  Another reason early to bed and reading was a good wrap up.

Today - walk, massage.  It was supposed to be raining like crazy this a.m. with lots of wind...not happening.  Will see when I will be drawn outside.

If you let others know exactly what you want there is no doubt that you will get it. Your powers of persuasion are such that you can convince even the most reluctant individual to assist you. It’s a talent you should be making more use of.

Give loved ones a chance to explain themselves, dear Libra, as Chiron, Venus, and Saturn activate. These vibes magnify behaviors or choices others have made that you disapprove of, but you could be missing important information. Asking questions will make it easier to identify where you've misread certain situations. Do some socializing under this evening's Sagittarius New Moon, which puts you in playful and chatty spirits. Now is also a good time to set educational goals for the next six months, even if you self-teach. Get home at a reasonable hour when Luna squares Neptune and drifts into Capricorn, emphasizing the importance of rest after a busy work week.

Things may be happening all around you today. You could feel like a spectator watching a foreign theater production. Don't sit this one out in the audience. In fact, your energy is needed on center stage. Balance out the crazy drama with a bit of your solid, powerful rationality.

Will see where my chakra alignment lands me today.  Have a good Friday.  New Moon - Solstice - holiday week ahead.  Buckle in.  :)
