Listening day :)

Not sure why "you are enough" is my image for the day yesterday...I did a lot of listening yesterday and there is a lot for all to do...but I am going with what I am doing today is enough.  Will follow my energy for now.  

Yesterday - did listen to Nick Shirley part 2.  Will see where truth falls on this and where it lands.  "Watched" my Wednesday shows.  Great walk.  Massage - walked up and back.  No word from friend who is in state for daughter's baby shower.  Will see if I hear today.  Not a problem if no contact.  Know that this is a big weekend for them.  Nothing on my paper calendar for today.  Tomorrow I think weather will keep sister #4 at home.  Will see if I get to the movie at a local library and then home for the Hemlock Society presentation by one of my idols, Thaddeus Pope.  

Spoke to sister #1 last night before she and a friend of hers were heading out to dinner.  They were talking about word games that started their days and sister knew I had a "routine".  :)  She also shared she is joining her local Council on Aging.  She is an asset to any committee.

Listening to this week's BOS and BOF meetings videos.  Budget for 26-27 will be very interesting.  Today listen to those, L&O shows, walk, nothing else on my mind.
