Slow down and step back...good advice to me

Had a 4:44 p.m. yesterday.  I will look to slow down and step back.  Feel that I made some progress yesterday to claw back control of my life and time.  And out of the blue, heard from a Peace Corps colleague who is dealing with major cancer stuff but it was a great uplift for me to chat back and forth with her.  Heard from sister #6.  She is on school vacation this week.  Will see if she heads this way.  I did not share much enthusiasm to travel - even if only to sister #4's house...  Will see what I hear today from either of them.  Have not heard any more from sister #1 re her plan and how gentleman caller is doing post pacemaker install.

Yesterday - long walk, dropped off Skylark.  Finished that.  Started Dominicana by Angie Cruz.  Spent more time cleaning up computer and accounts.  So off kilter.  Did send stuff off to tax lady.  Will hope that all is OK.  It is 1:58 a.m. as we speak.  Could not fall back asleep after waking up at 12:40 a.m.  Went to bed at 6:50 p.m. so adequate but not good sleep.  

Listening to All-In as we speak.  Nothing on my paper calendar today or tomorrow.  Walk my only "to-do".  

Son might be back from CDMX before he thought.  We will see where that goes.
