Writing a Credo...I am searching for the answer to this last week :)

Credo from Friday discussion with follow up group today.  I needed it as a reminder to put some of my thoughts down in short form.  Taxes done, credit check, more account checking, order checks...trying to calm my mind after the last week.  Wish me luck.  

Kicked off the week yesterday.  Did my load of wash.  Walked to the Shoppes to do recon for today's shopping.  Saw some items I would have missed today.  Doing everything I can to make sure that I don't have what happened last week happen again.  I am already a bit "hypervigilant"...but need to be smarter.  I want to be smart but not as deeply worried.  BUT I cannot ignore the ways I have been supported and watched after these last few days.  

Swung by and picked up my taxes yesterday.  Don't really need to file per the tax lady - no taxable events, but I want to "be on the rolls" for some strange reason.  Will definitely do it anyone for 2026 based on this start of the year.  Went to Mettle discussion and PA DC.  Good calming places for me.  AND chicken parm and a pasta dish delivered by landlady for my meal #2 today!

Today - run dishwasher, Shoprite, swing by DPW to refill sand/salt.  Weather looks a bit iffy for tomorrow and end of week as to ice events. Walk. Then CA DC, the SD DC.
