Have to smile...

Spent part of my day wondering why I could not get my Chicago shows to play...maybe because they had not been on the regular TV yet...  Doing my family friend walk on Monday really got me on fast forward as to what day of the week it was yesterday.  TODAY I will look and "voila" I bet I will find them.  And without the family friend to start my Wednesday...and rain - very different Wednesday.  Woke up very early, broke my 139 day streak at Wordle when I did not get the word in 6 tries.  Cleaned apartment.  Read.  Noon EOLD.  GREAT speaker - Barbara Karnes.  Doulas and what their role could be within hospice.  THEN walked.  Landlady delivered red lentil soup for meal #2.  I think I hustled a bit on my walk with that as an incentive.  GA DC.  Great discussion.  New addition is an author who wrote - Death Without Fear: Collective Wisdom for Making Peace with Mortality.  We talked about the book last month and continued the conversation this month.  Have people all along the spectrum as to their thoughts.  And most of the members are psychologists so that always make the conversation lively as to lived experiences or clinical work they have done.  Son reached out about a baseball card he thinks I might have in his stuff in my closet.  He said he will be doing some looking in those buckets in June when he is on east coast for a wedding in June. 

So TODAY is Thursday.  Sent a birthday email to sister #1's gentleman caller.  83 today.  Will look for my shows to watch.  MASSAGE THURSDAY!  Sun is supposed to be out so long walk pre massage.  Nothing on paper calendar for Friday or Saturday.
