High info input week...

Reaching for another of my "calm" images.  I got distracted yesterday by Conley, MX/CA doula, baby IRA accounts, sister #4 calling from her poolside...  Lots happening in this world and I am surprisingly taken by newest book.  And I ratcheted back my walk distance a bit and felt more in balance with food/exercise/sleep.  I am a bit fragile.  :)  

So yesterday - reaching out to people I knew who had kids/grandkids born in the baby IRA free money 1/1/25-12/31/28 timeframe.  Regardless of all swirling around the concept.  Free money, set it and forget it, check it when 18th birthday comes around.  Sister #4 shared about sister #3's surgery on Tuesday.  In nursing home now and will return to same post surgery.  Sister #1 will go up next week to relieve Sister #3's wife for a bit.  Sister #1 is a road warrior and 1st born to a tee.  Glad I came in 2nd.  :)  So abbreviated walk, writing, swim, ZOOM with MX/CA doula from EOLD group, Music on Main had a very unfortunate for them, good for me rain downpour so it was Silent on Main when I got finished with ZOOM and headed to bed.  Former co worker from Houston sent me WSJ article about "when your friends all start turning 70"...Now I am thinking about "What about 80?"... :)

Today per the weatherman is going to be a "Top 10 day of the year".  Walk to Unionville, walk to and from pool, make grocery list for tomorrow.  See what comes to me today from all my outreach of yesterday.

Guided and led feels so "present" right now.  Life is so interesting as it rolls out in front of me.  Amazing.  I will keep praise and enjoyment in mind.  Have a good Sunday.
