That was a day!

Not a scene from yesterday, but niece #4 and her husband.  They were the focus of the day yesterday.  Niece graduated from YNHH with her RN and now is working on her MS in midwifery.  She graduated from Centre College in 2016.  But something drew her to the midwife/birth doula work.  Onward and upward.  Yale is quite the historic campus - in a very understatement of the year description.

But my day started in sister #4's pool, then a walk, then drive to NH, then ceremony, then back to niece's rental house.  Then back to sister #4's, had a snack and back in the pool from 8-9 p.m.  :)  Will do the dip/walk again this a.m.  Then head back home later this afternoon.  I will let the W&T ladies take care of book club this month. 

AND backyard haircut for me thanks to sister #6 who arrived at #4's about 10 a.m.  :)

Did work on my shorts with the broken zipper.  I knew sister #4 would have sewing materials including the key to the project - seam ripper.  :)  Feel like a remedy is within reach for the shorts that actually fit me.  Of course the advice of those around me yesterday - "throw them out, buy a new pair".  I am not there yet.  :)
