Between Monday's book club, HOUSE show last night and my freewill this week - I am looking at everything with a new eye and might sign up for a little "electro-shock therapy"? What if I could zap out of my brain what is "not working for me"? Sounds like a plan? Or maybe I will ask sister #4 to ask if there is a holistic approach when she goes for her acupuncture. If at some point I stop writing everyday...you might want to remind me. The following freewill takes me through next week, but I will be looking forward what "the news" is for my trip week that starts Jan 18.

My gas cap replacement has silenced my check engine light but I am still looking for my next MAZDA. My dad called and he had the same sequence of check engine/gas cap activity so we are seeing whose light stays out the longest. Our cars are the same age, but his has 35000+ miles, mine has 135,000+ miles.

I had candles and incense burning last night after my walk. I don't know what it is but it is a peaceful feeling generating activity for me.

Had a strong 2 thumbs up recommendation for In Pursuit of Happiness and We Are Marshall - I am tempted, but it takes a lot to get me into a movie theater and I used to say "I have no recording device" to watch a movie at home, but I think that is incorrect now that I have my new laptop but I don't know if I would ever go that route for movie watching.

Boss out of work for the next few days. We will see what projects get left behind for the troops to do in her absence. But in my fact and fiction questioning mode - I better make sure she is really is leaving the office for a couple of days???

Have to go by Town Hall tonight to pay my car tax. $34. That was one of many good things about Texas - no state income tax and no car tax.
