I have to make sure that I remember that my goal was not to get wrapped up in work, but in my life outside of work. I may have to push my "change agent" role a bit more than I have been. I had a dream last night that I was screaming and yelling at my work mates - maybe I don't have to that far up the scale of "articulation". I will keep an eye out this week for opportunities to try my new approach and watch the response. And to bring up some of my thoughts and see if they have any merit in my present setting.
We will see how the week goes. Have a good Monday. Seems like I have been gone for a long time. Taking long weekends is a good thing!
