More Snow...

I am just not getting this winter - I am looking out my window at more snow. Need to be at school by 7 a.m. to help cover child care at a co-worker's house on campus. She is off in Boston at a conference and two kids need to be in different places at different times so I am taking the "wait for the bus" shift. Niece's basketball game in Litchfield may be a no go tonight depending on the accumulation - Litchfield is in the NW Hills of CT - "hills" being the operative word.

I did get a short walk in at lunch time with a co-worker and another short one after work. Today might not work as well for me with snow and 20's.

Crawled into bed last night at 7:30 p.m. to try and work my way further through Jane Eyre - I am getting up against the "read by" date of Feb 9. I really do like the book but it has a LOT of words - good words, but lots of them.

UCONN has top spots locked up - glad I bought my tickets for the 15th when I did. Trying to decide whether to buy a ticket for Yankees' game in Tampa in March - I have kept threatening to go to spring training and this might be the year? My friend has four tickets in case anyone wants to meet me there.

Haven't heard from my son since he got back from his trip to see Ms. Emily in Toronto. I hope things are moving forward to get her back in the USA.

Better get going to get myself to my bus stop assignment on time.
