Man, I needed that! Low barometric pressure, rain in the forecast, no after work walk - so I headed to my VSW to drop something off and coming out of the parking lot - a rainbow! Made the rest of the day make sense.
By the time I got home, the sun was back out so I went to the pool, then I did some VSW work and watched The Bachelorette. Then a bit of reading my latest Kellerman. Day took a good turn with that rainbow.
BUT I got up "late" this a.m. Not sure what that is about. It did take me a minute to get to sleep. All the computer work right before I went to bed was probably a factor, but I am glad I got done what I did.
Walk and pool regimen tonight is my goal.
Sick about US women's soccer team, J-Lo and MA, can't decide who I want to win the Bachelorette's heart, Tiger and the ex have new love interests - these are the things that I think about...so sad.
