"There is a new moon in your birth sign on Monday and between now and then you should give some thought to what kind of new start you want to make. Don't limit your horizons: think big and act big too."
It would have been hard to think big yesterday morning at 6 a.m. I proceeded to get a Q-Tip stuck in my ear - really stuck! Luckily my regular work has lots of EMS trained people so I put on my sweatpants and sweatshirt and headed to work and had the "extraction" done. All was well and I was back to work by 6:33 a.m. But what a way to start the day.
Beautiful day and got to walk to to and from home at lunch time. After regular work it was off to VSW. Good progress to not feel bad about slipping out early on Saturday and not coming back until Monday. Took Monday off from regular work. The weather was so nice that I did take a walk after VSW. Walked to the library to make sure I have enough books to get me through until the end of October. Did clear it at VSW for using the fitness center so I will try to make that my winter routine. Will help with the number decisions to be made (always a good thing for me!) and miles to drive in the winter.
Company (sister) coming tonight to stay at the apt. So in addition to the walk to the library, I cleaned the bathroom, did all my wash, got the bed ready for me to change out this a.m. (I give company my room and I sleep on the bed in my home office). Did some more VSW work and read for a bit. Feel better going into today with all that done.
I tried to listen to the debate last night as I worked on the computer but I couldn't listen. Oh well. I texted niece to see how things were on campus, but she was off campus with her field hockey team so no celebrity sightings.
Here I go - regular work, VSW, alumni event at my old high school, home, pack, and get to bed so I can be at VSW by 6 a.m. on Saturday to make sure I get everything done before I leave for my trip. Goal is to be back at VSW by 1 p.m. on Monday.
Keep a good thought about my comings and goings and inspiration for BIG thinking and doing.
